Spirits

Fragrances imagined with finesse and creativity, revealing the scents of the South of France: the aroma of pine and lavender, the bouquet of juniper and thyme… the gourmet notes of hazelnut and honey… Distilled from our own grapes, Tuxedo spirits are created from natural fruit flavors and aromatic plant infusions. Bourgogne
Domaine de Bellene was founded in 2005 by Nicolas Potel after the purchase of various old vines in some of the best plots of Burgundy. This winery was created with a desire to control the entire production process, from the soil cultivation to the wine sales. Today, we cultivate our 25-ha-estate following organic farming methods and we have always sought to cultivate our old vines (50 to 110 years old) in the respect of the soil. We aim to yield very healthy grapes of the highest quality in terms of phenology and we want our wines to express the terroir from which they come. In the cellar with Nicolas and his team, the wines are made with minimal intervention in a natural way adding rarely any oenological adjuvants; no acid, no cultured yeast, nutrients, enzymes, sugar… Here at the Domaine de Bellene, we truly act on environmental, nature and terroir preservation.
Provence
Provence is a patchwork of gardens, between the sea and the hills, shaped by Men, and mastered by Mother Nature: vegetation and vines intertwined, shaping a patchwork of gardens. A green and pristine vegetation, since the middle age: the gardens are shaped by pine, almond, olive trees, and bamboos. Landscapers and gardeners are nowadays shaping the gardens to ensure a balance between a dominant vegetation and the development of the vines. Artalïa is also the art of crafting wine, in a Provençale way: atypical wine profiles, grapes nurtured by a micro-climate weather, and a its crystalline subsoils. The art of wine is also about crafting year on year, unique profiles, mastered by our creative oenologists.
Minervois
Robert Eden, a vine grower of conviction. A committed winemaker and world-renowned biodynamic specialist, he works in the industry to promote the benefits of this practice and inspire global environmental change. “Our aim has always been to produce quality wines by adopting practices that respect both Nature and the men and women with whom we work.
